/...fYi...\ aTTeNTioN all my smoker friends... did you know that while you think that smoking calms you down and soothes you and makes you less irritated/mad/habuts/whatever, that in fact, it's doing just the opposite? nicotine is a drug that excites the cells in your body and makes you more on edge, irritated, etc. and that's why you want more and more because it never satisfies that craving you have.
